POST GRADUATE TRAINING OF QUALIFIED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS IN ORTHOPAEDIC MANUAL THERAPY

This post-graduate Training is based on the OMT Kaltenborn-Evjenth Concept. As the name indicates this concept was set up by Freddy Kaltenborn and Olaf Evjenth and was presented at Gran Canaria 1973 and on the IFOMT Congress in Vail/Colorado USA in 1977. It is based on a systematic review and integration of experiences in the field of Orthopaedic Medicine (Cyriax), Ostheopathy, Chiropractic, Medical Training Therapy, PNF, Muscle Energy Technique and Sport Physiotherapy.
